WELCOME BACK TO THE THIRY THIRD EPISODE OF THE PROGRESSIVE MINDSET PODCAST.

In this episode I am joined by Karl O'Rourke who helps busy parents get into the best shape of their life.

A wonderful insight into the mindset needed when you decide you want to get into the best shape of your life but feel time is being prioritised in other areas.

Having children is a beautiful gift in life and being a parent comes with feeling as though you have to come second to everything and put your children, husband or wife and family before yourself. This does not have to be the case. Being able to know you deserve and can have the time and focus to be the best version of yourself can have that domino effect and impact many other areas of your life.

Karl and I openly discuss his why in life and how he inspires parents to know they can go for their goals and what is involved in a journey that does not how to feel as though you are on your own.
