Pieter Spinder is trying to take fear away from people, teams and organizations, and bring back love, to create a different future. And the starting point of all this? The people themselves.
He is the founder of Knowmads Creative Business School Amsterdam, where he empowers and enables people to discover that they are good enough the way they are, and encourages them to answer the question: “what do you bring as a contribution to the world?”
He also organizes and participates in events around the world to inspire people to find their inner call, acting, for example, as a keynote speaker around different topics in several countries worldwide, such as the USA, Argentina, South Korea, England, Singapore, Germany, Colombia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Italy, Israel and the Netherlands. One of these themes is “how to start a project or business, driven by the freedom to be.”
In the field of consultancy, he facilitates Innovation & Change Journeys. Gearbulk, Electrolux, VF International and Decathlon are a few examples of companies he has helped along the way.
