Transcripts: So today on the productivity push we are talking about make it transformations. Now, what does that mean? Really? Um, it's the idea that you can let people see your change and your evolution in public as you grow. And the reason we're talking about that today is because a lot of people look at their role model than they are heroes. And you see that they're so far ahead of where you want to get to that you almost feel ashamed or embarrassed or self conscious about being where you are when the ideal vision of where you want to be so far away and how you can get there without letting people see your transformation.
