In response to an academic assignment todays' podcast is regarding cognitive decline as we age, and a tentative campaign for seniors in adult care facilities that are facing just that.   Today's topic includes some practical suggestions that may help.

Job was a very righteous man of God; even the Lord said so Himself. Job respected people, he took care of his children, and he was seen as a wise and Godly leader in his community. Like Enoch, Job was a man that walked with the Lord. Daily. He knew God personally as Eloah, and tried to demonstrate God in all his ways. Through the eyes of a wife, I wrote THE JOB 29 MAN as a devotional to pray for our husbands; because to me Job 29 is for men what Proverbs 31 is for women. Marriage is honorable in all things and is not to be taken lightly. But the GREAT thing about Scripture is that it's not gendered specific. So as we go through this devotional, know that YOU - married or unmarried, male or female - can pray these verses for yourself, or stand in proxy for someone that the Lord would place on your heart. Know that your prayers WILL prevail.
