Jordan Chacon is a Jewish Latina born and raised in the D.C. metro area. She studied environmental sciences and sociology at University of Wisconsin−Madison and now pursues her passion for cooking and eating as a chef in D.C. Her podcast, Mixed Until Combined, highlights the changing face and voice of America’s food culture and society.
