Listening to Jay and Chris talk about their experiences in and thoughts on music ministry is really encouraging. It reminds us that we aren’t alone in our pursuit of excellent and pure worship. For worship leaders that don't have access to a network of other worship leaders to encourage and guide them, I imagine this podcast would be incredibly helpful.

The role of worship director is beautifully unique, but it can be easily siloed. These conversations are a point of connection and affirmation I’ve been craving. Thank you guys!
