This is our 1st Book Club! We read at LOT and most of the books we read shape our lives. This book, The Broken Road to Mental Health in Life and Business written by Sharon Fekete is special to us.  Sharon is a leader in our local community in many ways.  She her own two businesses with The Doctor Whisperer and 13th Avenue Media.  She has workshops for us to learn about media while building our own businesses.  And she is leading the charge with speaking about her broken road to mental health.  In her book she walks you through her struggle with addiction, depression and suicide.  Today, I know her as a successful leader among women and business owners around the world.  But she didn't start there.  For me, it's important to grow everyday.  Sharon has grown through many seasons of life we all have experience in.  I think we all work on our mental health but we do it in secret.  This episode is about the support we can find or create around us.  This book can change a life.  If you're interested in the Free audio version check the link below.
