Jay Jetsin and his group of friends were window shopping at a mall in Wilmington, DE.  His friend was interviewing for a job ad it was 90 degrees outside.  Jay claims he and his friends were racially profiled and discriminated against when the owner of the shopping center harassed them and asked them to leave using language like, "You and your accomplice", and, "Your casing the joint".
