Lily is so cheerful and engaged. She interviews her guests from a place of being absolutely delighted to find out about them and all the ways they bring meaning to life. Listening to her is like a breath of refreshing, clean, mountain air.

These are deep but approachable conversations. The guests represent many different ways of living a genuine, quality life. The host is great at exploring the meaning behind each guest’s choices and experiences, and she teases out lots of transferable lessons for anyone thinking carefully about their own life path.

The host is well spoken and engaging. The content is thought provoking, genuine, and never too pretentious! Highly recommend.
