The OCD Life Diaries
The OCD Life Diaries
Alexis Carter
My therapist asked me "leave financials and other people's opinions out of it, what do you want to do with your life?" and I responded with "I want to advocate for those with OCD and the mental health community.". Here we are doing just that. When I was diagnosed with OCD, I went to Instagram to find people who were just like me and then I went over to my Apple Podcast App. The only thing I could find where monotone, textbooky, and scary things about OCD and nothing from people who were like me. I want to bring light to OCD and let people know that they are not alone.
