This episode is a personal reflection on “No Shade November.” More specifically, what I learned from the process of inviting more accountability as I sought to be less critical of others.

In the final segment, we address the struggle of Cain in Genesis 4. We contrast Cain's actions with what the Fruit of the Spirit encourages us to do.
