Why are Americans giving up their rights every day. There are millions of Americans giving up the rights every day without even knowing it. How many people know what this country was founded over? Taxation without representation remember the Boston Tea Party that's how the war was started the colonies were taxed to death and had no representation no voice in the government. Now we have millions of Americans who have been incarcerated they served their time and got out, but they can't vote but they're required to work and pay taxes but they have no voice in the government. I don't want to hear that oh that should have got in trouble we've had people getting in trouble going to prison ever since this country was founded. That doesn't mean you give up your rights. Look at the Second Amendment there's a word in the Second Amendment infringed. With that amendment was written the word infringed meant altered or taken away not the definition today the definition When It Was Written that you're right to bear arms shall not be altered or taken away. But you say hey they went to jail it doesn't matter they went to prison back in the day back when it was a territory and when you got out of prison you were handed three things or given three things a $20 gold piece your gun and a horse they never intended for any citizen to lose his right to bear arms that's a constitutionally-protected Amendment and right but we willingly gave that up when they passed the law making it illegal for you to have your gun back. It wasn't always like that used to if you went to jail you got your gun back when you came out that right wasn't lost back in the twenties you didn't lose that right.
