I love this show because Chris' wonderful energy shines through. He has great insights that Really help to nourish my spirit. The other night I was in physical pain so I went to bed and listened to a couple of the podcasts. I drifted off to sleep afterward in a meditative cloud. I always have something great to think about after listening. Do yourself a favor and relax to an episode today!!!!

This show reminds me to take time to focus on myself. With the world in a buzz around me its easy to get caught up in a feeling of urgency. I like to listen to this show and re-focus my energy and come out feeling energized with mental clarity!
