Different to a lot of our interviews so far but this is me and my friend talking about mental health. There is still a stigma, especially towards men, who admit that they struggle or feel low even though many of us have moments like this. Me and Liam talk about his role as a physio and the disparity between how we view physical health v mental health. We both had our struggles through school and we discuss why none of us felt confident enough to discuss our mental health. Liam goes into deeper detail about his own anxiety and depression while trying to manage this through his everyday life. We finish by discussing the pressures of society and how every struggle is individual both mental and physical.
