Outstanding
I’ve always been a “believer” in the concept of minimalist footwear and that only gets stronger with each episode of this podcast. The host clearly knows his craft and is very outspoken about it, which I find to be both refreshing and engaging. As a masters athlete myself, I’m also inspired by the fact that he still competes as a sprinter himself. He clearly walks (runs) his talk. All told, this is a great podcast and well worth the weekly listen!

Refreshing Podcast
Love the guests who come on your show. I’m also a fan of your shoes and it’s nice to hear all perspectives on all things movement. Keep up the good work.

Great podcast
I’m so glad I found this show! I’ve been wearing Xero shoes for 6 months and they’ve changed my life. This podcast adds so much information to my daily journey to being healthier! It really makes me want to move!

I love this podcast !
Steven is an enthusiastic, passionate and courteous host. All of his guests bring wonderful information and wisdom. I have been wearing Xero shoes exclusively for one year. HFS and prio for running. Terraflex, daylite, Denver, and excursion to work. Sandals (Naboso, z-trail, Veracruz) for leisure in hot south Texas. My feet feel awesome! No more plantar fasciitis!!! My feet are stronger and wider and my balance has improved! It would be amazing if Steven could have Danny Dryer, founder of Chi-Running, on this podcast ! Living feet first !!!

Let the guests speak!
This podcast is good, but it would be much better if Stephen allowed his guests to finish their thoughts before jumping in and cutting them off to tell a story he’s told on the last 6 episodes.

REJUVA~NATION’S MOBIUSBAND COACHES
I love your footwear. Since bringing on home your sandals, it is all I wear everywhere! I RUCK at least 7 to 10 miles six times each week. The ruck pack is loaded with up to 47 pounds. I am rock-in it either bare-footin’ OR in XERO sandals. ALL of the smallest of body muscles are totally engaged with the sandal and RUCK Pack duo. It has not ever been so in all the other ways I have worked my body. Looking forward to getting on this winter with your boots. I like what you have done. You have engineered Systems Science into your footwear. ANTONY MAGNUM COACH

There is something special about a company that is fully motivated to learn, educate, and promote what is best for the consumer. Thanks for the entertaining podcast and fantastic footwear!

Episode 38 with Jay Dicharry; Beginning to Hit Your Stride
This is a terrific interview. I listened twice and then downloaded one of Jay’s books. I appreciate Stephen’s passion, which was well balanced by Jay’s knowledge of his and others’ research. I encourage everyone to try the episode’s movement. It was eye opening, and a good interplay between host and guest. I’m excited for this show to continue to improve.

I’m joining the movement movement!
This is a new podcast, and while I think Stephen Sashen is still getting his rhythm, I have found the information fascinating, informative, and some possibly life-changing. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve talked to about their orthotics after listening to the podiatrist about why we shouldn’t be so reliant on them (episode 23). However, my life-changing episode is probably the one about how to walk (episode 26). I mean, don’t I already know how to walk? Apparently not. Last Sunday, I went on a 6-mile hike (disclosure: I am a huge fan of Xero Shoes, so I was wearing my Terraflex hiking shoes since this technique would not work with regular hiking boots) and applied this new walking strategy which focuses on using my gluteal (butt) muscles with every stride instead of just relying on the feet, knees, and calves. Let me tell you, by the end of the hike, my butt muscles were noticeably tight (in a good way) and my calves and knees were perfect. No pain whatsoever. And I’m a female in my 50s. Life-changing? You bet!

Good but repetitious
Stephen has good information in this podcast about natural movement, but he repeats himself a lot from one episode to the next. He also uses some unnecessary bad language, which I find offensive.

Rings True
I have been running for 40+ years - it is something I love to do. About three years ago I developed severe knee pain and almost quit running. My sister mentioned the “Born to Run” book. Converting to barefoot allowed me to run again - I put in 4.5 miles yesterday with absolutely no pain. I have listened to every episode so far in this Podcast and they ring so true to my experience.

Great podcast! Edutainment at it's finest! With each episode, I learn so much about standing, running, exercising, and the essentials to having a sturdy, balanced foundation for a strong body. Steven is a great host; intelligent, funny and always entertaining! Look forward to more episodes.
