This is my very first podcast. I was watching a video with Daniel Schmachtenberger's and The Stoa Community and was really thrilled about the topic that it inspired me to record my thoughts on a podcast. The topic I will be discussing here is about emotions and motivations and how society villainize certain emotions or motivations. This oftentimes create so much pain and suffering in us. We hate ourselves for feeling what we or others perceive as negative emotions and motivations. So I thought I would share my thoughts on this.
