After a car accident that left her severely injured, Bobbi realized that she couldn't continue living in a state of unhappiness and physical discomfort. Bobbi's weight and back issues meant that she couldn't pick up her son or play with him the way she wanted to. This realization propelled her on a journey towards happiness and self-care. Bobbi understood that she needed to take care of both her mental and physical health in order to design the fulfilling life she desired. Determined to become a happy and healthy role model for her son, Bobbi began by focusing on her diet and exercise routines.
