We are almost done! then we can get back to the originally planned services ;-) #MOCFitapp and #TheMOCWay have been dialed to not just bring #PDXFitness some knowledge drops on the #FitnessLies but we have decided to spread the word as far as we can reach!  #fitness is a #FitnessJourney, there is no end point...it is constant growth! and this #quickfixfitness Fads, just wont work.  Im here to shed some light on it ;-)
