It’s a platform in which we are going to talk about various topics in an introspective sense, we are going to forget about everyone else and focus on ourselves. A moment for self reflection. The goal is for us to take a moment and look deep within ourselves, question our actions, thoughts and words and at the same time appreciate, love and be kind to ourselves.
