Long time no see :) I'm currently in the middle of isolating at home as I caught a certain famous illness last week :( I wasn't happy about it at all at first at all but as the week unfolded, I enjoyed being able to slow down and reflect on the past year. I didn't feel ready to release any content during the pandemic but I'm finally back and it feels so goooood! In this episode I talk about the art of slowing down, giving yourself permission to do nothing, the changing social dynamics that have occurred during the pandemic and ways that I've been minding my mental health through it all. I got a lot off my chest in this episode so hopefully some of it resonates with you!! Enjoy xx

In this episode, myself and Ronan discuss the difference between a charity and a social enterprise, what we're looking forward to after lockdown, how we're taking care of ourselves during lockdown, and we take a look at how different countries are managing their economy during this time. We hope that this keeps you company as you're self-isolating! Remember to stay at home and that this is all going towards a bigger cause. Keep taking it one day at a time. See you in the next episode!

Stephen Mulligan is the founder of Fighting Fit - a personal training studio specializing in fat loss and performance, located in Dundalk. He is in the business of transforming lives through teaching people how to adopt a healthier, more holistic approach to their diet and mindset. The team at Fighting Fit hold workout sessions all week for their members, incorporating boxing regularly as Stephen has been boxing with his brothers since the age of 11, so we get to talk a bit about that in the podcast aswell! He shares some fantastic insights into growing a business, overcoming anxiety, building a strong mind and managing a work-life balance. They've helped me make giant leaps in the past year with improving the way I view food and helping me build strength so I couldn't wait to have Stephen on the podcast. I really enjoyed this chat and hope you do too as the team at Fighting Fit are doing really incredible stuff!

Hiya, welcome back! In this episode, I talk about the regular self-care routines that I have in place to keep me on the ball and feeling as good as I can. I've discovered what works best for me so far through trial and error so I thought I'd compile a list of them for all of you and share what keeps me right. These little rituals all evolved out of a need for more peace and confidence in myself so that's why I value them so highly. To me, self-care isn't a complete renewal of myself when things get tough. [I don't have enough time or money to be spending on spa treatments every second day lol] - it involves perpetually strengthening and training my body and mind so that I can take on everything with more ease. I hope you enjoy this episode and take something from it, whether it be a cue to look after yourself more or even try some of the things I mention. I'll see you in the next episode!

Hello, and welcome back to another podcast by yours truly! I've detailed my experience in Thailand in this episode so that I have more to say to people than "oh yeah it's a mad country, so great." There was just too much that happened to know where to start! So whether you're interested in pursuing yoga teacher training, you're curious about my experience or you just missed the sound of my voice ;), I hope you get something valuable out of this. Thank you for taking the time to listen, and I'll see you in the next episode!
