Prior to joining Visions Federal Credit Union on May 1, 2013, Muse was the CFO of Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union ($3.7 billion and over 250,000 members). Though his roots are southern, Muse was raised in Wallkill, N.Y. He attended Northeastern University in Boston on a track scholarship where he attained his bachelor’s degree, his masters’ degree in accounting and his MBA. Muse has over 20 years in the financial services industry, having worked at institutions including PricewaterhouseCoopers (audit manager), Goldman Sachs (controller at Archon Group – Real Estate Division) and GE Asset Management (finance manager).
