Thankful for this thought provoking and well-produced podcast. However there are only 10 episodes, and the feed is filled with “reprises” and “encores” There are also ads now, for a paid podcast, which is annoying. Anyway, I still love this podcast.

Died laughing when Yasiin emphatically stated “we are not and have never been a soundtrack to consumerism–“ *hard cut to an Amazon commercial* But FR, this is the best podcast that exists. Killer jokes and knowledge and wisdom from some of the greatest modern philosophers. Wish more people saw the world the way these 3 do. Also the strongest use of editing and production from any podcast I’ve ever heard. This is the pinnacle of what the audio medium can deliver.

Dave really abandoned his fans. This podcast was fantastic and he left it to rot.

Love this! Deserves a top podcast spot. Dialogue is current, historical & sometimes , theoretical. Always seems HONEST & REAL - agreement not necessary. These guys share themselves, their perspectives, experiences; and even their friends -aka guests! Worth skipping a $$coffee for small fee to listen.

These three are the perfect mix of humor, intelligence, honesty and love. I really enjoy this brilliant podcast. We are extremely lucky to have the ability to listen to Dave, Yasin and Talib in one sitting. They chop it up with a mix of interesting guests on each show.

Didn't know what to expect, but it didn't disappoint. What beautiful mix of music, storytelling, spirituality, sincerity, and a real vibe! Thank you for this blessing us with this bountiful blend. It's a real gift.

I was 8 years old when BLACKSTAR released their first album.My older brother blessed my young mind with it, and it shaped who I was and the way I would grow to understand and appreciate life, period. Musically, culturally, all of it. Dave Chappelle’s comedy has proven the test of time, and tremendous scrutiny. All 3 of these men are brilliant minds, and for them to converge in this fashion is such a gift. I couldn’t be happier about the experience, + cognitive, emotional, and soulful gifts I’ve received as a result of subscribing to The Midnight Miracle. Here’s to hoping it never ends, & that anything else on the Luminary platform comes anywhere close to as remarkable as this production. For real, it’s a different type of amazing. Big love. I just love the mix of the minds and fantastic banter. The conversations are smart and poignant. The music is FIRE 🔥. Sometimes it’s hard to understand Mos Def. I think it’s because he is so passionate. I’m a proud member of the podcast.

I can only say I need more of this in my life. These guys are like my relatives sitting in the room or maybe in another room and I can hear the conversation in fact I’m paying so much attention that I interject and give daps, when it’s not my conversation. These episodes shed light on friendship , artistry, and how to run the world. mos & Dave, 2 smart humans, and kweli, subtle but effective. These guys nailed it. I’m proud.

My only complaint is that I wish there were more episodes and that some were longer! I did not know about this show before seeing a clip on IG 2 weeks ago and when I found out I signed up for luminary and started from episode 1, and finished them all in 2 days to get caught up. I absolutely love the atmosphere and how you guys discuss things. I use podcasts as a way to wind down on my way home from work and you guys do an awesome job of discussing things that give balance that make me laugh, give information and allow me to also gain understanding from a man’s perspective. Your guests are great and I think you guys have the perfect blend! I have thoroughly enjoyed and hope to hear more episodes soon! Keep doing what you guys are doing, you are providing a piece to the culture that will be timeless!

It feels like I’m back on the yard (SU)choppin it up with my boys from all over the country, free and easy…. no worries to know….. like a beer after a stressful day or a perfect cup of coffee shared with a love one….. this is the antidote for the craziness lurking around the corner. Its medicinal, spiritual and instructional. I am grateful for each episode. Thank you gentlemen! You make me feel good and full like Thansgiving with my whole family.
