Most people don’t peel the curtain back to share the messy progress, we only see the sexy, shiny outcome and frankly, I’m over it.   It’s not real life.

I’m Adrienne Smith, the queen and the host of Messy Progress.  I am a wellness coach, world record holder, mother, entrepreneur, business owner, wife, friend, sister, Messy Progress podcast host, trip sitter and a whole lot of other labels on any given day depending on who you are asking, but most of all, I’m human.  Every Thursday I’ll shine a light on what lives behind the highlight reel and dive into how making a mess leads to success.
