This week I speak with Three of the contestants from SAS who dares wins which is shown on Channel 4. I speak with DJ (Recruit #9), Tyler (Recruit #18) and Holly (Recruit #13) from the latest Series 6, all about how they mentally adapted to the challenge that is SAS Who Dares Wins. We all chat about the hardest and most rewarding parts of being in the show and how, after such a short time of knowing people, Camaraderie is what can pull you through the toughest parts of the show, and life! It was an honour and pleasure to speak with them all as a group, and we will also be doing individual episodes about them and their lives and challenges.
