This week i got to speak with my Sponsor and good friend Johnny who has created a brand centred around mental health called B.A.D Samaritan (B.A.D = Battle Anxiety & Depression) Johnny takes us through his entire life to the very point he is at today. He openly talked about his struggles from such an early age and how it lead him down a path of self destruction and to trying to take his own life.
