Inspired by the Ted Talk: Teach Bravery not perfection by Reshma Suajani, Christina and I talk about the power in aiming to be respected over liked. Christina posted "...Girls, focus on being respected and not liked-- raise your hand, be loud, be independent, be aggressively professional- make change.... learn to be imperfect and proud of it -- be a boss at whatever it is you want to do”.
