This week we are joined by Jason Roberts, Celebrity Chef and self-decried Man Rider. After growing up in New Zealand, Jason moved to Australia and at a very young age became Head Chef at Bistro Moncur and host of a primetime Cooking Show. Over the last few years, Jason has personally seen the brutality of Men's Mental Health, with a number of his close friends and former colleagues taking their own life, the most recent being Anthony Bourdain. Jason has been a friend of Black Sheep's almost since the start and his advocacy for what we are doing with the Man Ride is nothing short of humbling. He is always the first person to lend his voice to this cause, and after you listen to him in this conversation, you can't help but to love the guy and be simply wrapped in his words. In our second episode of The Man Cast by Black Sheep, we are joined by one of Tasmania's finest, Wesley Sulzberger. Wes is a former Pro Tour cyclist, Under 23 World Championship Medalist and has ridden multiple Grandtours. Wes was kind enough to join us for what is an enthralling conversation. We talk about the pressures of the Australian Institute of Sport and a culture driven by one thing; Olympic Medals. We talk about European Professional Cycling in the late 2000s, and how it effectively chews you up and spits you out. Then we talk about failed marriages. This interview is raw, unfiltered, and not to be missed.

In our first episode of The Man Cast by Black Sheep, we interview Black Sheep Cycling's Managing Director, John Polson. We talk to John about his crusade to bring the conversation of Men's Mental Health out into the open through The Man Ride. Now in it's third year, the Global Man Ride Day will be celebrated in 15 locations around the world, with thousands of riders taking part. We also talk to John about his personal battles with Mental Health, the highs and lows of a rapidly growing business, and how, if it wasn't for one person, it would have come crumbling down.
Don't be afraid by our title. We aren't a boy band or some male cult. The Man Cast is a weekly conversation about Men's Mental Health in the lead up to Global Man Ride Day. Each week we talk to a guy who on the outside has got it all together, but has a far more complicated story to tell. We live in a world that very rarely stops. That demands and assumes for us to keep it all together. This is 45 minutes to realize we are all human. We all live in a little bit of chaos that needs to be controlled.
