A Statement from Shannon: 

"Writing is a way for me to really 'get in my feels,' for lack of a better term. In uncertain and stressful times like these, I find it helpful to ground myself and check in. I rarely share these thoughts with anyone, much less on a public scale. But I think being open about our internal frustrations and fears can provide a sense of community among us. You're not alone; we all get mad, we all get sad, and we shouldn't be afraid to feel it."

Shannon Gallagher is an actor and musician from North Carolina, conservatory trained in NYC. She's based in NYC usually, but has returned to North Carolina for quarantine.
