Kelley Gilberry is a Holistic Nutritionist, Health coach and served in the Navy for over a decade. He lost 70 lbs in about one year eating a plant-based diet and helps people use a vegan diet to transform their bodies as he did.
After losing his mom to a heart attack and another close family member to cancer, he began to look into his own health. Facing high cholesterol and prediabetes, it seemed he was on the same tragic path.
