However, you will need to engage in any energy clearing practice a lot in order for it to work and I don't recommend frequencies because you don't know who designs them and if they are good or bad whereas with affirmations you can hear clearly what is being said. The mind and body need repetition to reprogram and fully clear out old energies and move into new ones. My personal opinion is that clearing out your consciousness using affirmations or healing frequencies that you trust is the most powerful way to clear karmic imprints. Karmic patterns are energetically tied to your vessel but they are also held in your subconscious so that is where you should target in your healing.
