Ignoring some of the character traits we have because of our experiences in the world or because we are afraid of how the world would take it may not be the best way to bring glory to God. God says, let your light shine before men that they may see your good work and glorify your Father in heaven (Matt. 

). We need to bring glory to God&apos;s name and that starts by letting our lights shine.
