TLS #353: Q&A: Activities for Alignment, Facing Feelings of Doubt, Dealing with Boredom, and Believing in Karma
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 353 with Jess! In this episode, Jess answers 15 questions that she received from all of you amazing souls within the Lively Community App! A few questions Jess answers touch on are what to do when your mind is resisting your inner voice,  what is boredom exactly and how you can deal with it, what to do when you feel doubt creeping in, and so much more!  My personal favorite is when Jess discusses how you can stay patient and keep faith when you are starting to doubt whatever is supposed to happen next.  Over time, as you make the conscious decision to be patient and trust you will see the outcome flow into your life, you are slowly building your patience for the next time you need it. As things finally flow to you, in their right time,  and as they come in building upon each other, this creates a repertoire for your mind to look back into.  This repertoire, you can always look back to it to remind yourself that everything always ends up working out, and provides you with the reassurance you might need to hold faith the next time. So if you are feeling any sort of doubt right now, look back at those times.  Here are the questions that Jess answers… 00:20- What Jess has been up to recently 05:53- When you have an emotional bean bag that is hard to release, what do you do? 09:07- What are the key indicators of what would be a great Airbnb property? 10:31- What have you been up to? 12:07- What is your favorite aligning activity at the moment? 13:48- What do you do when you have doubt and don’t know what’s next? How do you keep patience and faith that things will happen at the right and exact time? 17:01- What’s your inner voice’s favorite thing to do at the moment? 17:21- What do you do when your mind is blocking or resisting your inner voice or intuition? 22:48- How’s property buying going in Portugal? 24:28- Any comments or insight on carrying the peace and self-worth found in the world of relationships? 28:27- How can you bridge the gap between the physical world and the connection with the world beyond? 30:44- What advice can you give when you know you are meant for big things, yet you have no idea what those big things are yet? 34:20- Any experiences or tips for boredom? 39:13- How did you come up with the process of Inner Voice Session? 42:02:  What your inner voice says about climate change? 43:00- How to take next action steps in your life for abundance 48:39- Do you believe in Karma? TLS #352: Q&A: Expanding Abundance, Cultivating Compassion, Dealing with Loneliness, and Time to Leave a Job?
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 352 with Jess! In this episode, Jess answers 8 questions that she received from all of you amazing souls within the Lively Community App! A few questions Jess answers touch on are how do we bounce back from a slump, what to do when you are afraid of the life you manifested for yourself, her suggestions for journal prompts, and so much more. My personal favorite is when Jess discusses the two different sides of the time pendulum. When she was starting her business, she often felt completely overwhelmed with the amount of work she had to do and wished that she had more time. But on the other side of the pendulum, once her business was set and she was able to travel the world for years on end, she then faced the fear of having too much free time. This contrast between both pendulums and her experience with it allowed her to have a realization about time: it is an aspect of her own energy serving her and her own life experience. Here are the questions that Jess answers… 14:00 – When you find yourself in a slump, how do you bounce back? 18:30 – How do you develop more compassion in your life?  26:00 – What do you do to trust your inner voice about quitting a stable job to launch your own business that isn’t yet producing enough revenue to support it all? 30:00 – Do you have any suggestions for inner voice journal prompts? 32:00 – Do you experience loneliness and if so, how do you deal with those feelings? 34:00 – I have manifested the life of my dreams and I’m almost scared of it, how do I work through those feelings?  36:00 – What are your thoughts on writing a letter to your inner voice when intoxicated?  37:00 – How do you tap into your intuition in your day-to-day life? TLS #351: Sex, Visas & Pure Consciousness – AKA: All the Times I Thought I Was “Done”
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and today I’m excited to share with you a special preview from Jess’s new audio series, Flowing Up.  Flowing Up is a 555 minute audio series detailing various aspects of Jess’s travel life with her co-host and Team Lively videographer, Megan Sutherland.  In this episode, you’ll hear chapter 5, “Sex, Visas & Pure Consciousness – AKA: All the Times I Thought I Was “Done.” Jess asked listeners within the Lively Community app which chapter they would like to hear most, and this is the one that received the most votes!   We hope you enjoy this special episode, and you can learn more about Flowing Up from Jess below:  After five years of traveling the world (mostly) full-time, it’s time to share all the behind-the-scenes stories that I haven’t mentioned on TLS!  My “real” thoughts on the Tony Robbins event… the treasure I found at the top of the Mayan Ruins in Belize… the event that showed me how to release “emotional bean bags…” the deep state of realization that occurred during lockdown in Hawaii in 2020…  It’s all here in Flowing Up! Though much of my journey has made its way into flow diaries-style podcast episodes, Flowing Up puts the whole wonderfully unimagined and unexpected journey into one cohesive audio series — detailing personal experiences such as dating and psychedelics, and enlightenment and the two(!) near-death experiences I had while traveling. Join my co-host (and Team Lively videographer), Megan Sutherland, and I for a funny, informal, and honest account of all that happened behind the scenes of the past years of this Lively Adventure. These 7 audio chapters are available to download to the device of your choice:  Chapter 1 – Dating + Relationships Chapter 2 – Enlightenment + Realization Chapter 3 – Abundance + Career Chapter 4 – Travel Safety + Packing Chapter 5 – Sex, Visas & Pure Consciousness – AKA: All the Times I Thought I Was “Done” Chapter 6 – Inner Voice Guidance Chapter 7 – Listener Q+A + Final Thoughts As a free bonus, the Flowing Up bundle also includes recordings from the original A Lively Adventure audio series, including 450 minutes of audio broken down into 9 total chapters.  Plus, you’ll also get access to a little selection of desktop and phone backgrounds with the Flowing Up logo — a little daily reminder that when you “let go” you can flow higher in your own life, as well! Transcripts are also available for those who prefer to read the content.  Head over here to learn more about Flowing Up or purchase the audio series.   LISTEN TO THE SHOW

In this episode, Jess answers 19 more questions that she received from all of you amazing souls withinthe Lively Community App! A few questions Jess answers touch on are how do we know we really are in flow, what she is currently reading, what it’s like to be traveling during the age of COVID,  how she is feeling after releasing the bean bags, and so much more. My personal favourite is when Jess discusses which questions we should be asking our inner voice when we think we are ready to start a business, or for pretty much any other question we may have. She brilliantly explains that if your inner voice is not guiding you towards it yet, then it means that it’s not time for it, yet. In other words, when the inner voice wants it, it will make it clear to you. You just have to be ready and open for the conversation. TLS #349: How the Inner Voice Convinced the Mind to Flow to Belize
Hello and welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 349 with Jess… In this episode of the Flow Diaries, we get to hear how Jess’s inner voice convinced her mind to flow to Belize. She also covers multiple topics such as how an unexpected change of flights led her to meet someone unexpectedly, her visa’s application outcome, when she can expect to go back to Portugal as a resident, and much more. My favorite part of this episode is when Jess describes how an unexpected change in flights that was proposed to her by the airline company aligned perfectly with the flow of all things. If it weren’t for that change of flights, she wouldn’t have crossed paths with an American that was heading towards the same destination as her and ended up being an enormous help for Jess. So what are you waiting for? Tune in to hear all about it! P.S.: Make sure to download the Lively Community App and be the first to know about the latest news. TLS #348: All About IVFT from a Recent IVFT Grad’s Perspective
Hello and welcome to Episode 348 of the Lively Show! This is a special episode, as we get to hear from one Jess’s inner voice facilitator students, Lauren Ciesco. For someone who had previously considered themselves to have a“controlled mind”, it’s interesting to hear how she was led to finding her inner voice to actually becoming a facilitator.  The most amazing part is that through finding her inner voice, Lauren was able to release bean bags, overcome her eating disorder, find guidance for her business, and actually experience bliss. In this episode, you’ll also get amazing insight into what it’s like to go through Inner Voice Facilitator Training and how it can help to change your business life, plus many more golden nuggets on finding your inner voice from Lauren. What’s discussed in this episode… 13:36: An Inner Voice facilitator experience 15:37: Who is Inner Voice facilitating for?  19:48: Details on the Inward Bound Retreat Program 22:17: Q&A call announcement 27:16: Lauren’s backstory 32:50: Lauren’s first session with Jess and her inner voice 40:00: What it was like to go through Inner Voice Facilitator Training  53:31: How Lauren started to get in touch with her Inner Voice after training 57:55: Differentiating between source and restlessness 1:02:44: How this work has changed Lauren’s business life 1:15:32: Inner voice as a tool for a coach 1:19:34: What is a belief?
