You must destroy the old to become the new!! We hear this at some point in our life and it's a key part of being Happy, Successful, etc. We must let go of what was and go towards what is. The reason it's important to destroy the old to become the new is the fact that. If the old was serving you the way you wanted it to then you would be where you want to be right now. Don't get me wrong the things we go through help us grow but we have to evolve to get to where we want to be. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is a sign of insanity. Listening closely, because there are going to be tools that I give to help you become the person you want to be.

It Starts With Me (Yourself), This is a very important thing that they don't teach us. So many times in our life we want to blame people and things. But as a matter of fact, it is our own fault. So starting with ourselves will change the world and our lives.
