The Light In Us was founded to create spaces, experiences, and retreats for meaningful connection with our true selves, our families, each other, and God. We explore self-awareness, scripture study, prayer, temple worship, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, & more. We do refer to our faith tradition, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, (LDS / Mormon), but do not officially represent the church.
