Vincent and Scarlett go over what allows them to strengthen their mental health. While acknowledging that roughs times do come, it’s controlling your emotions and putting yourself in a space to overcome those times that allow you to strengthen your mind, body, and soul. Vincent also speaks about Father’s Day and how even though his emotions can get the best of him this time of yeah, he knows this is only temporary and that this too shall pass.
