Lettie is kind of known as the beef lady, but today she talks about how with MC- Meat Co. She has always wanted to add another protein to the company, but actually raising the animal really sort of just stressed her out. YOUR DREAMS DO NOT WORK UNLESS YOU DO. Do you think you are just magically going to wake up one day living your dream life? Well I hate to break it to you but life doesn't work that way. Here lately the Lord has been really convicting me of some big dreams I have been dreaming but the Lord asked me well what are you doing about it... ouch. Talk about a conviction. If you think one day you will wake up and the dream job, dream marriage, dream business, is going to be handed to you on a silver spoon. HA wake up call! Stop letting the sense of entitlement rob you from your destiny. NOTHING gets handed to you. You have to work hard+ partner with God+ pray big bold prayers+ Do what the Lord tells you! I am so tired of the sense of entitlement especially in my generation! Being selfish, burning bridges to the top, being mean is the way... well I have a rude awakening for you and I guess  im not too nice when I talk about it. Whoops... but serving people is the way forward. I mean I guess if you want to be known as self centered and a jerk then that is up to you. But that is not how I want to be known. God has a perfect plan for your life, but you can't just sit around and do nothing to get there. Little different episode this morning, but we are in a new season and sometimes you just keep having to walk forward. It feels unknown and weird and I’m not sure what the future looks like. For so long I have fought time. You know like begged and kicked and screamed for God to change my season I was in. Asked God to change my time, breakthrough and provide a miracle. But what if we stopped begging and kicking and screaming and just enjoyed where we are at today? Whatever season you are in. I read a book called the Abnomally mindset and it really changed my outlook on everything I was believing and contending for. Faith is risky, and to be honest. I really didn’t want to risk again to be greater yet again with disappointment and hurt. But that’s not from God. Disappointment and hurt isn’t from Him. It took me a while to see it. And even if my circumstances say this isn’t possible and you might as well give up. I choose to believe God is fighting my battles for me. He is breaking through for me, He is going to do what he says. Because that’s who He is and that’s what His character does. In this season, I feel like I have learned so many hard hard lessons, and in pathing my way in uncharted waters, but there is so much grace, and love, and compassion.
