The writing is so good and the way the characters are brought to life by the cast is delicious!…it just needed popcorn.

This was so entertaining that I’ve listened to it, in its entirety, twice. I’d beg you all to consider another season, if I thought it might work! Minnie Driver is perfection!

Like so many (too many) high produced shows with famous casts, this starts well, only to eventually go nowhere. A good premise is great, but then what? What happened to building a great story? It’s as if the writers/producers weren’t sure what to do with the characters once they started, so they rush to an ending that falls flat. I’m not talking about how it concludes, but the overall writing - if you build a good enough story the ending will work no matter what direction you take. Another sign of weak story: endless bts content; if you write well enough you don’t need to make a bunch of episodes explaining things. A little bts info is wonderful, but usually when the original story makes it worth listening to. 3 stars because the first half is pretty good.

I finished this story a few months back and I absolutely fell in love with it. I have since bought the book and even tho I know how it ends, I cannot wait to read the book and immerse myself in the paper this time. Highly recommend!!

Not your typical vampire story. Very good writing, acting, and sound design!!! Really hoping for a season 2!!!

I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. At first I thought “Great, another vampire story”. But I found myself very interested in it. I loved the narrator. I loved his voice and his storytelling. So many podcasts have awful voice actors/narrators that make it painful to listen to but this was the opposite for me. I wish the show was a little longer, or had longer/more episodes.

I just listened to another “immersive audio” vampire story and it was TERRIBLE. Then listened to this one which was amazingly good! Totally worth your time to listen.

Very entertaining story. Binged it over the weekend. Highly recommend. Morbid ending. Really hope there’s a second season. Please!

I was a little hesitant at first to try this one (partially because I’m a little over vampires and partially because strong accents can be a real turn off for me) but it’s really good! Very well-written, decadent characterization, and excellent voice acting. Looking forward to listening to the rest of the season!

I truly enjoyed listening to this outstanding performance, it’s a excellent story really draws you in and keep you wanting more.

Definitely worth the subscription, very entertaining and enthralling!
