We met with Ed Gamester - wrestler, OCR ghost, stunt fighter, Guildmaster and strongman. Ed was a lot of fun to chat with and find out about his outlook and the attitude that allows him to "charge around the place, giving off more energy than I take on - until I collapse" A larger than life charter and a very entertaining fella. In this episode we met David Henty. David has served time for passport forgery and was investigated by police and reporters for selling fake paintings.... He has now gone fully above board and out in the open as arguably the best copyist in the world. We met him after his opening exhibition at Cloud Gallery Chichester and found an amiable, happy man. We only had a short amount of time with David as he was in high demand from buyers and fans that evening. It's a fascinating story and one we hope you enjoy. This week we met with Jonny Stacey AKA Fitness Dad (@the_fitnes_dad). Jonny is a personal trainer and all round lovely bloke! We had a training session with him where he showed us how he uses functional fitness with his clients and then we chatted about all things health and fitness. We really enjoyed meeting Jonny, who is wise beyond his years and we hope you enjoy the conversation too.

This week we met and went swimming with Mermaid Jade (@mermaidjade100) on Instagram

We met with George last year and recorded this fascinating conversation. He discussed his 30+ year career of raising awareness of climate change, his adventures around the world, his views on the media, and many more topics. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to George and could have spoken to him for hours more.

We met with Olivia and discussed her life, her modelling career, her buddhist practice and meditation, her transition to Mauy Thai and then stunt work on major Hollywood films. We also discussed the accident and injuries she suffered and the impact that has had on her life since. One of the most remarkable, inspirational people we've ever met.
