While streamlining processes and managing millions of dollars was an exciting challenge, growing the people became my passion. Leading a team and breathing life into my employees’ talents, that’s where my heart lived. Taking my leadership model and pairing it with a life coaching certification, I chose to leave corporate America in 2017 to build my life coaching business. I now grow people from all walks of life by clarifying their goals, honing in on talents and pairing the two in an action plan for their success.
