As team leaders, our level of peace affects the way we interact with those we lead. It affects how we show up everyday.

In this episode Tracy introduces you to GiANT Co-Founder, Jeremie Kubicek. Jeremie shares a  tool that allows team leaders to assess how they are in terms of their level of peace. 

There are five "P" words to use when taking a look at your level of peace: Purpose, Place, People, Provision, and Personal Health.
