This is a space where we dignify process. A space where we believe in process
"... that process is okay. Process is normal. Process is golden. Process can be fun."
A space for all sorts of people to know that they are seen, known and heard even though they're not yet prominent, decorated and all the stuff we have come to associate with leadership.
Right where you are. Even if it's just one person. Even if its just you. You are a leader. This is process. You belong here, respected and honoured for what you're doing.
