What's up good leader people! How is everyone? It has been a while. I am grateful for space and the encouragement that this small emerging community is working. People were really kind and told me to take care of myself. I am back. Refreshed and excited to serve to be with you.
This week's guest is a colleague of mine in more ways than one. We share a love for leadership and design. We have an extensive history having been in two leadership programs, AIESEC and ALX.
We talk about
How his desire to do something bigger than himself sent him into leadership.
How he built a team and organization in his school from scratch
Why it's important to volunteer, going on exchange.
What a passionate culture does for leadership
This was a really fun episode for us. Going down memory lane like that and reflecting on those good times.
Here are the organizations we talked about

This week's episode is me writing a letter to you guys about where I am... A practice I have adopted to help me process my experiences. This week we miss the pun and talk about Jacinda Arden the New Zealand Prime Minister. And we breathe. The timing is not strategic because when we need to it's hardly ever strategic. Hoping you feel inspired to be honest with yourself about where you're at. I hope you're honest more often. I hope that if you need to be honest when it's untimely that you're honest nonetheless. Yours in process

Happy new week leaders!
What does deciding the worth of your work involve? This is our question this week. Following up from our last solo episode, Episode 3 on the cringeness of promoting your work
This week we explore this on prompting of listener feedback and encouragement. We differentiate external value systems and how I am going about developing my internal value as a creative and how that saves me from a dependency on external affirmation.

Hello leaders :)
This week is a long one. Meet Andrew, our pun dealer and my friend, a picture of leading in the ordinary and through quite a bit of adversity. We talk about leading in the middle of racism, leading when your teammates reject you and while you are growing your self-esteem.
This episode was heavy and long and I will understand if its a bit of an adjustment. but we can do this. Talking to people takes time. And I hope you are here for it.
Thank you for your time. I really do value it.

Hello, humans :)
Happy new week. I hope that it's off to a strong start. Do you struggle with the discomfort or awkwardness of getting people to look at your work? Does it feel unnatural? How have you dealt with it? Have you ever dealt with it? Join me this week as we explore this. I hope this gives you the courage to explore your own discomfort with sharing your work.
