This week, join TLP (yes, we have a shorthand) as we talk to Nick Gitau, the founder and CEO of Born of God, a mission-driven company hoping to get people to wear their identity. We talk about leading a young company, his process the best of his stories from 2019 as well as the place in the process where he is finding gold.

This is a space where we dignify process. A space where we believe in process
"... that process is okay. Process is normal. Process is golden. Process can be fun."
A space for all sorts of people to know that they are seen, known and heard even though they're not yet prominent, decorated and all the stuff we have come to associate with leadership.
Right where you are. Even if it's just one person. Even if its just you. You are a leader. This is process. You belong here, respected and honoured for what you're doing.
I
Yours in process
