Every week Andy, Dickie mint and their guest get together for a good old chat and a bit of good old fashioned banter. They talk about their day to day mental health and how we can all help each other through difficult times. There will be discussions on business, sport, life and what’s going on in the world in general. They will also be sharing their views on what it’s like to be a single dad and the trials this brings. It’s not all bad though there will also be laughs along the way!!!
