NEW WEEK, NEW KULCHA

This week on The Kulcha, we are joined by South African underground hip hop duo - Born Fire Rebelz, comprising of members AV The Guy and Malcolm The Psychedelic. 

It was somewhat awkward to be gathered around as men with no alcohol in sight...in fact, we were drinking tea! Imagine - 4 grown ass men, gathered around talking (not gossiping) while drinking tea. The reality was so astonishing that it made us realize how much exactly the government has they’re feet on our necks.

The circulating blunt smoke and mention of government immediately sparked a conversation about the riots, looting and killings of last week. The question of the day was: how much of it are you prepared to understand? 

The conversation ended inconclusively with the concept/idea of self-preservation hanging in the air.
