Creating A Platform For The Community To HealThe Keynote Show is a podcast run by a husband and wife duo ( Victor Johnson aka Mr. Jayvic and Aisha Johnson aka Aisha J). The podcast was created as a platform to discuss sensitive subjects, which are often taboo to discuss with family or friends. For example " How does the absence of a father affect a daughter/son?", Sibling rivalry and favoritism just to name a few. A podcast is a place where the public can freely talk and express their opinions. Also, there will be professionals in their field to give advice. The podcast goes live every Thursday at 9.00 pm via Instagram and squad cast and is aimed at teenagers and adults. No discrimination or profanity is tolerated. During the pandemic, many have more quiet moments to themselves and this is when the past and present issues can affect us most. We are here to support and be supported as this platform for therapy.(Comments from listeners & viewers)"As a parent, it should be natural to love, guide, and protect your children with all your heart, but your upbringing can and does affect many men in particular. I would like to add that I am 59 and have never known or met my father and it still affects me till today... "BG"Great show as always. Sensitive topic a lot of people shy from" MJThe podcast started due to the experiences we had as children, adolescents, and adults, which were not dealt with or discussed openly due to stigma or not having a suitable platform. Our past affected our future relationships with people. We would talk every evening and appreciated the art of communication. The more communication; the more, we flourished as individuals. The goal is £4,000, which would be used to purchase better equipment. For example laptops, lighting, and mics, to pay for monthly subscriptions and towards advertising to reach a wider audience.OUR MISSIONProvide a platform so the public can speak freely without judgmentEducate and InformReiterate the importance of communicationUniting family ( siblings, Father/Mother & Daugther/ son boyfriend and girlfriends, husbands and wives and platonic friendships, etc)We would like to thank everyone who donates and supports the cause. Contributions big or small is appreciated as it is one step to achieving our goal, which is healing the community.Mr. and Mrs. Johnson

Toxic sibling relationships do exist and take a serious toll on our lives. If left unaddressed, they erode our self-esteem, our physical and mental health, and even our other relationships. what do you think about the term “toxic sibling”? do they exist in families? How can parents avoid sibling rivalry? Here are some points I can think of, Stay calm, quiet and in control. Pay attention to what your kids are doing so you can intervene before a situation begins or escalates, create a cooperative environment, celebrate individuality, plan fun family time, treat them fairly not equally, is this true? What are your views on this? How does sibling rivalry affect child development?        Looking at the relationships of parents and their children, Is there such a thing as Favouritism In families? If so, what are your views on it? How does favouritism affect a child? What are the signs of favouritism? What happens when parents show favouritism? What do you think of self-esteem issues and feelings of rejection following children into their adulthood? Why do parents love their firstborn more? And does affect others in the family?
