In the midst of a summer that won't stop, Kenny finally found time to weigh in on some current events. This episode is all about the landmark reversal of the Roe-v-Wade decision in the case of Dobbs vs Jackson. We covered the initial leaked draft hinting to the decision back in May. After a few months of speculation, the Supreme Court of the United States of America sent the question of abortion back to the states where it will now be decided by the legislative branch. Kenny is back at Camp Nox for another year and is joined by the Podfather himself Jon Vazquez and camp director Bryan Madison. Teaming up for a youth camp with two of his closest friends was an incredible experience. The making of this episode was just icing on the cake. After a reporter obtain a leaked copy of Justice Samuel Alito's first draft opinion in which it appears the Supreme Court of the United States is set to strike down the landmark Roe-v-Wade decision later this year, Kenny decided to discuss it on another installment of News to Me. He discusses this Politico article in detail. He also goes through some of of the "pro-choice' arguments you'll be hearing in the coming weeks and months. He concludes the show by commenting on Elon Musk's recent purchase of Kenny's favorite social media platform Twitter.

After a longer than anticipated hiatus, Kenny is back to talk a little about what's been keeping him away. He then moves on to another installment of Adventures in Preaching in which he discusses his latest attempt at expository preaching from the book of Judges. As always in this series, he explains the origins, the preparation, and the delivery of said sermon.

After last week's hiatus, Kenny is back to talk about the "controversial" Florida Bill that prohibits the instruction of sexual orientation and gender identity with Kindergarten through 3rd grade school children. He also addresses the conservative right's usage of the groomer title to combat a disinformation campaign against the bill.
