Our media accredited sideline reporter for the Women's Basketball World Cup takes us through a week at a FIBA event. No hot takes in this one, no takes of any temperature for that matter, just transparency on Lukas' experience of the event. In his time at the Cup, Lukas had the chance to interview a few professional basketball players, all of whom have played in the WNBA. The 2022 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup has come to a close, and while another gold medal for USA was to be expected it was still a great tournament and showcase for women's basketball. Marco and Lukas have been up in Sydney covering the cup, the latter more closely than the former, and drop in here with a quick check in on the morning of the cup's semi-final games of Australia v China and USA v Canada. Lukas talks about his experience courtside in the media pack, interviewing the stars of the tournament and his read on the games that at that point had happened so far. Marco mostly drives the Toyota Estima around Central station.

The Las Vegas Aces are 2022 WNBA champions, closing out their series against the Conneticut Sun in four games in style. Marco and Lukas have a lot to be happy about this week, so they take you through their exploits, from futsal to birthdays, before recapping the final two games of the finals.
