About a year ago I started a small batch brewing company with my good friend Jon Clark. After many trials and tribulations we eventually started producing quality product and Moon Tower was born. The word got out on our delicious justice juice and now our beers are being enjoyed by many around the island of Oahu, they sell out almost as soon as we crack the keg. Eventually a young ambitious Chinese lad named Riki Yu got whiff of our endeavors and decided he wanted in on our shenanigans. With his expertise on finance combined with Jon’s scientifically calculated wisdom and my creativity and brewing experience, an unstoppable force was born, destined to create delicious locally produced island brews in the name of freedom and glory for all.
