Music Festival, Black Friday, the Theme from Convoy and Tommie Agee's Locker
Host Joey Petroni begins the show with a brief "This Day in History" segment, followed by a talk with Carmine Gonzalez from Loss for Words Productions, who produced the 2nd Annual Generations Music Festival / Toy Drive at the House of Brews in Port Washington this past Saturday, an event that Joey hosted. Carmine is also a bassist for the alt rock tribute band IROC that played at the festival. An angry caller had some choice words for Joey over missing out on some free pies on Joey's last show, before Joey talked about an unfortunate injury his wife suffered shopping to buy the family a 4K television on Black Friday. Joey talks about some blow up decoration difficulties, and receives another call from his wife who is having some power issues back at the house, and an odd request from a caller to play the theme song from the 1978 movie Convoy. Joey tells a story about how he acquired 1969 Mets outfielder Tommie Agee's locker, gets a call from Tony the painter in Levittown with a paint brush problem, and talks about some show ratings trouble at WGBB.
